Both Taylor R. Tomanka and Dan "Martin" Fergus, III have their Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and their Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.). They are also both admitted into the Northern District of Texas Federal District Court as well as any State of Texas District Court.

We recently found out that both of our attorney's were nominated as Texas Rising Star Super Lawyers for 2023, which is a achievement that only 2.5% of Texas attorneys receive.

This is Taylor's fifth (5th) year nominated as a Texas Rising Star Super Lawyer and Martin's third (3rd).
